That’s not to say we would find ways of packing more stuff into an already tight schedule, but we can put together a schedule that keeps the important stuff in it while giving you enough room to breathe. We can also set achievable goals so you don’t wind up biting off more than you can chew. I can help you to take a hard look at your boundaries, where other people are crossing them, and where you’re allowing them to be overrun. A self-care routine is essential and I can help you to fold that into an achievable schedule.
