How Do Insurance And Fees Work?

I’m an out-of-network provider. If you have insurance, you might be reimbursed for a portion of the session fee after submitting a claim. I can provide you with a superbill that you can submit to insurance. If you are planning on submitting claims, you’ll want to check with your insurance provider. Here are a few questions you might want to ask:

• Do I have out-of-network mental health benefits?

• How do I submit out-of-network claims?

• Do I need a referral or prior authorization to be reimbursed for out-of-network claims?

• How long can I expect out-of-network claims processing to take?

• What is my out-of-network deductible for mental health and have I met it yet?

• Is there a cap to the amount my insurance will reimburse me for the year?

• Can you provide me with a written explanation of my out-of-network benefits?

Fees

My rate is $120 for a 60 minute session. I accept HSA, FSA, and all major credit cards. Payment is due on the date of service.
